This 19th century color lithographic boxing print features the fight / match between Heenan & Sayers, and it measures 30 x 42 inches. The print was drawn by WL Walton, and it was printed by Bufford Sons in Boston. The caption at the bottom of the fight scene states “The International Contest between Heenan and Sayers at Farnborough, on the 17th of April, 1860”. The print was likely produced & sold for several years after the fight, and this one is from the late 1890’s or earlier. There is some water staining on the print (mostly to the far left side), along with some creasing & other general border wear, but the print is fully intact with the full original borders & it is framed.
